Therapy for individuals and families through pregnancy, parenthood, and every stage of a child's growth

Life’s transitions can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re preparing to welcome a baby, adjusting to parenthood, worried about your young child, navigating family stress, or facing challenges in your own relationships or emotional well-being, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I specialize in supporting families, parents, young children, and individuals during life's most meaningful and challenging seasons. My work focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, supporting perinatal and postpartum mental health, helping parents feel more confident and connected, and fostering healthy emotional development in infants and young children.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationships. Together, we'll work to understand the experiences that have shaped you, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you and your family move toward greater connection, resilience, and well-being.

I have specialized training in infant and early childhood mental health, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and have worked with children, families, and adults across hospitals, schools, community mental health, and private practice. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My Philosophy:

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationships. I draw from attachment-based, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs and strengths of each individual and family.

When working with young children, I use play as a natural and developmentally appropriate way for them to express emotions, process experiences, and strengthen their relationships with the important adults in their lives. Whether I'm working with an individual, parent, child, or family, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

If this approach resonates with you, I'd be honored to support you or your family in the next step of your journey.
