Therapy for Men Navigating Identity, Purpose & Fatherhood

You may be struggling with confidence, feeling disconnected from a sense of passion or meaning, or questioning what you want your life to look like. Or perhaps you are doing your best to hold multiple identities at once – father, husband or partner, provider, professional, and individual – and wondering where you fit within them.

I have had my own version of many of these experiences, and I consider it sacred to support others on their journey. Together, we can create space to explore who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to show up in your life.

My Philosophy:

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic, with a focus on supporting greater alignment between mind, body, and soul or spirit.

My primary framework is Contemplative Psychotherapy. Rather than focusing primarily on reducing symptoms, I create space to slow down and explore questions of identity, meaning, purpose, relationships, values, and spirituality. The goal is not for me to tell you what your life should look like, but to help you develop a stronger connection with yourself and greater clarity about what feels meaningful and aligned for you.

When appropriate, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as a tool to deepen the therapeutic process. KAP may help clients access new perspectives, loosen patterns that feel rigid or stuck, and connect more fully with emotions, values, and a sense of meaning. For clients navigating depression, anxiety, identity shifts, fatherhood, or questions of purpose, it can create space for insight and movement that may be harder to reach through talk therapy alone.

My Specialties:

Existential Depression & Anxiety

Focus on supporting larger questions/experiences related to meaning and purpose

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Preparation, experience and integration of oral ketamine as a tool to aid the therapeutic journey

Fatherhood

Supporting men with how to show-up as the father that they want to be; as well as navagating personal identity shifts that can occur.
