Hilary Glassman, LCSW
Owner of Hilary Glassman Therapy
Therapy for Infant & Early Childhood, Perinatal Women, Parents & Caregivers
I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of meaningful change. My goal is to create a place where children, parents, and families feel safe, understood, and supported as we better understand the experiences and relationships that shape your life.
I work from a relationship-focused, developmentally informed perspective, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each child and family. Whether I’m working with a child, supporting a parent, or strengthening the parent-child relationship together, I believe curiosity, compassion, and connection create the foundation for lasting growth.
My Philosophy:
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood.
My approach is rooted in the belief that relationships are at the heart of healing. I strive to create a warm, reflective space where children, parents, and families feel safe enough to slow down, make sense of their experiences, and strengthen their relationships. Therapy isn't about quick fixes, it's about developing deeper understanding, building resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change together.
